We are committed to delivering stylish, high-quality furniture that enhances your living space. To maintain fairness and transparency for all customers, please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed promptly and shipped with care. Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we strive to meet this timeline consistently, delivery may occasionally be affected by location, weather conditions, or logistical factors beyond our control.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we’re happy to assist as long as the product meets our exchange eligibility criteria.
Please note the following:
- All delivery and re-delivery charges for exchanged items must be paid by the customer.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.Exchange requests must be submitted within the approved return period from the date of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that preferences can change. If you decide to return an item:
- 15% of the original payment will be deducted as a restocking and handling fee.
- The remaining balance will be refunded after the item is received and successfully inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in original condition, unused, and free from damage.
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoices must be included.
- Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to customer handling after delivery
Home Décor reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
