Springfield Home Decor specializes in local furniture retail.

  • Restricted Zone: Delivery services are strictly limited to addresses within Hampden County, Massachusetts.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance from our Springfield warehouse and the volume of the order.

  • Delivery Schedule: While we strive to meet requested delivery windows, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to logistics and inventory availability.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Products

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

4. Payments and Financing

  • Third-Party Financing: We offer financing through Snap Finance. If you choose to apply for or use Snap Finance, you are entering into a separate legal agreement with them. Springfield Home Decor is not responsible for the terms, interest rates, or collection practices of third-party lenders.

  • Returns: Items must be inspected upon delivery. If an item is damaged, it must be reported immediately. Returns for non-damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Cancellations: Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled before delivery. Special orders or custom-made pieces (e.g., specific fabrics or finishes) may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Interior Design Services

Our interior design suggestions are provided as a courtesy. The final decision on the fit, style, and placement of furniture within your home is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend measuring your space and entryways carefully before purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability
